I wasn't setting the right expectations with that person and saying, hey, this is where it is now, but maybe it'll be somewhere different later. And I think if we would have been more ambitious mentally or thought it was going to be bigger, maybe we would have set more expectations with the team. The other one of setting expectations right from day one with new people and then also hiring the right people. That's the big one.
