The Titan Submersible Imploded

Every submarine has something called a crush depth. It's the depth beyond at which the submarine implodes because of the pressure of the ocean, of the water. You want something stronger than fiberglass when you have a submersible. And clearly the titan submersible was deficient in both engineering as well as the strength of the hull.
