There's a trick to sipping mezcal you want to just get a little bit of it on the front of your mouth and then you want to swish it around. At first it burns but then all of the flavor starts coming out, that's really how you want to drink mezcal. "I don't know if personally I'm at a point yet or I can sip it because that was a little bit hard for me," she said.
