Beethoven's ninth symphony is indelibly linked to that bonkers character Alex in a clockwork orange because it was used in the Kubrick film version of that but this Beethoven appears in both your books. I just think it's probably one of the best pieces of music ever in and it has a very emotive pull for me when was the first time that you heard it oh Lord and probably my father like classical music he had a lot of records probably it would be him playing itI don't know why some music produces these feelings in us because I don't it's something to do simply with that arrangement of notes isn't it?
