Bitfenex Hacking

There have been a few different theories about how this occurred. What i think is the most likely method y is that bitfenex was using a single api key to both change the withdrawal limit and sign for the withdrawal. I don't know exactly how dutch or heather would have got en access, but i think it is plausible,. especially knowing their familiarity with fishing and spear fishing and techniques like that... We know for a fact that other exchanges around this same era were compromised by this style of attack.
