After episode 250, when the mics were shut off, there was a crowd of people that formed and wound up talking about especially diversity and hiring. We heard a lot of questions like, you know, I am a straight white male on team with a straight white males. What should we do? And also it tends to be like the burden tends to be placed on people of color already in the industry. So yeah, definitely talking about it feels like something I can just like talk off my chest and just say like, this is what we need to do amongst our teams.
