frequency scattering is a spectroscopic tool to probe the interface droplet. When you do this with a normal lazer beam, you get linear lights caterin. And that probs the bulk properties of those droplets. So if you use those frequencies, you can see the interface. Yett's one thing that's even nicer about this is that we can make a direct comparison with the charge measurement.
