Building Trust in the Design Phase of a School
The bold process works, i always like to say, mean a people resist change, not because of change itself, but because of the unknown. So if we can fill all those buckets of unknown with known things, then it makes the change easier, right? The first thing we do is kind of trust building. And building that by it tes is tru in heart. It is changes heard. A philip and his team, many of them had other jobs while they were doing this. They really put a lot of time and energy into this process.
