Introduction
Anthony Miller was born in Queens, New York to an Italian immigrant father and a seamstress mother. He found solace in music while growing up but didn't find much success until he joined the army during World War II. Anthony helped liberate Dachau's Calphering Concentration Camp where many of his comrades had been held captive for more than two years. After returning home from war with no medals or glory, Anthony went on to become one of America's most successful recording artists - covering Frank Sinatra songs.
