How Do You Get Ground Truth From Flood Data?
Ground truth, that ground shu thing is definitely a huge challenge. Right now, like, i mean, there are very reliable sources in certain locations. But the the caviot is that it's always already in a body of water. So where we really need the ground truth is in the city streets,. or on a building, or, you know, in other places where water is not normally found.
