So if you're fifty per cent just hard wire, i just is what it is. A nothing you gong to be able to do to change it. What are the elements that make up the fifty per cent that's valuable? And in a rough nutshell, its value, beliefs, rules, habits, identity. Those are the big ones, and then there's a couple of little offshoots, but those are the the big ones.

So
Speaker 2
going back to your question a, the book that i was going to write is, what are those things that construct a person? Write? So if you're fifty per cent just hard wire, i just is what it is. A nothing you gong to be able to do to change it. What? What are the elements that make up the fifty per cent that's valuable? And in a rough nutshell, its value, beliefs, rules, habits, identity. Those are the big ones, and then there's a couple of little offshoots, but those are the the big ones. What's
Speaker 1
the difference between values and beliefs?
Speaker 2
So a belief is something that i think i should do, so i should, or even better than i should statement, it would be something like, a human potential is nearly limitless, or th the human animal is the ultimate adaptation machine. You choose to believe it. And i think you choose to believe it because it's truea there's only one belief that it ist patently false, and that you can do anything youv set your mind to without limitation. And so that, i think, is like number five. And then the number six is, number five is a lie, but it's an empowering lie. And we do n believe that which moves us towards our goals. So people are so much more likely to believe something negative that i'm always just trying to like, nudge them, look, yes, there you have limitations, without question. Nobody ever got all the way to the edge of their potential and then was like, oh, there really is nothing more. So like, don't worry about that. Don't rawy about the upper limit, which is what people jump to, i coun never do that, fakin. You don't even know. Row you go trying ri en ust me, you'll be getting better and better day after day, and you will die long before you maxa.
Speaker 1
Ever hear that arnold swortze nigger quote? Nopple would always say like, a, i don't want to work out cause, like, i don't, i don't want to look like you. And he was like, don't worry, you won't. That
Speaker 2
is one of the greatest cos right?
Speaker 1
Right? Sorry, that wat your sa, reminded me of that, tha, ye, that quote
Speaker 2
is powerful.
