i think it's real, or more real. This times what josh wolfat lucx calls a directional arrow of progress. People like having the mission, but they also say, we don't have to sacrifice anything. Consumers are embracing this in a way that people did not anticipate. Will pay fifteen dollars for an impossible burgher when they could get a shak shack for eight dollars and infinitely better tasting....
