How Did You Discover Chess?

I just didn't like school in general. I had been a decent math guy and all the rich kids who went to Phillips and Over, you know, I paid my way through high school, often just like being a chess shark. And then in 97 when the financial markets crashed, I felt like there was very zero sum like a game of chess. So I said, why am I wasting my time with chess? Let's go beat up these bigger guys,. You know, like they have real money. It started a very long journey for me of trying to figure out what works in stocks - some stuff works and a lot of stuff doesn't.
