New Yorkers Can Still Access Bit Licenses
The new york mi d f s is ben losky's old organization that he was leading before he went into corporate lobbying and corporate revolving doors. They're the ones who released the bit license back in 20 14, 20 15 im which was a horrible piece of regulation that pretended that it was to protect new yorkers. And they use it as an excuse to hit international companies that explicitly say, wer i forget you mentioned, you know, companies that do business with newYorks. So tha, they use these types of local, regional regulation to then go after businesses that are way outside of their jurisdiction under the guise of newyorkers can still acces it.
