We started in short termental sort of by accident. We were looking to house hack, which means, by a property we can live in part of it and kind of rent other parts of it out. A very obvious example of this is by a duplex, rate, live on one side rent. The other we ended buying a commercial bed and breakfast with two 80 uths, which are accessory dwelling units in the back. And so we realized really quickly that the cash flow was much better with those.
