The tyranny of scientific publication, where papers can't traditionally be published until they've been peereviewed, which again, puts in oftena many months delay between research break through and final publication. That to some extent, that got broken by the pandemic,. because of the sense of urgency that people were publishing stuff that was labelled as not yet peer reviewed. Is that a significant development?
