Every little choice that we make in our, in our work affects other people. And so if we're designing them in a way that's supporting the world we want to live in, even if it's the tiniest little change for the better, it matters. I love books. Can you tell? Me too. We should definitely be friends on Goodreads. Absolutely. But another great book defender is The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. This guy has totally spent so much time researching habits and why they occur. He's been able to sort of deconstruct how to actually break habits. So there you go.
