The Power of Joe Biden

I don't think that FDR probably was a third-rate. We might be argued to the second-rate, but he clearly inspired not just the American public. But he inspired his people around him, and he turned them loose. I see that in Joe Biden. He inspires people. And whenever anyone would ask me why, we needed Joe Biden even before he got the nomination. That doesn't happen unless there is something going on with the dynamic there.
