How Much Sleep Do I Need?

Sleep need is very different based on your age, based on your gendera even based on where you are in your life. The more consistently we do that, believe it or not, the less sleep time you actually need. I go to bed at midnight and i wake up at six 15 every single day without an alarm. Well, i'm the sleep doctor, a god say i only sleep 6 hours and 15 minutes. How is this possible? I didn't start that way. And as i kept that really super consistent, the amount of time that my body required to feel rejuvenated started to lessen.
