We Need to Start to Rebuild and Reach Out

We don't teach civics in school. We haven't been teaching our students much about politics or their role in the political system. It's, i think, a profound moment of change that we really need to support in every way we can. I was shocked by how many representatives and senators still objected after the mob had stormed the capital. And so what is it that gives this one person so much power, and how do we curtail that power?
