Roxanne Jones: One of the things that you've been very proactive about at GitHub is trying to help other folks of color get into the field underrepresented minorities. She says she's never had someone walk up to me at a conference say, oh, are you like in marketing or something like that, right? Like all those kind of like subtle things. Jones: What really impressed me is like, there's a space for other folks who look like you.
