The Security Issues in the Sudanese Hospitals
Dr. Atia is coordinating an ASQ initiative, a group of nurses who work in different hospitals to maintain free parents for the patients that have been under attack. She says she and 12 other nurses managed to evacuate more than 100 people from two Khartoum hospitals into Umberman and Orin Al-Barraha. "Even our patients, sometimes some of them now in the hospital admitted for very small medical conditions... Maybe they will lose their lives due to this situation"
