How Does Intensity Affect Your Creativity?

I think a lot of people feel that way, you know? I think the barrier to getting out and finding someone and finding a group is not as high as we imagine. There's like a fine line in the middle where it's productive but not overwhelming. And I think for a long time, we were like in the overwhelming category. How did you get out of that category?
