Emotional agilicy is basically the psychological skills that help you be healthy with yourself. It's about being compassionate, and it's also about being courageous. We tend to have this concept that we need to be happy. If we're not happy, there's a problem. And i think that right now a lot of folks are kind of feeling that. Like right now, they're not happy. But our emotions are so varied and beautiful and wonderful and provide a lot of great feedback. The ability to be curious with ourselves is really important.
