i think the best thanks is like letting people not jos saying thank you, butsay thank you and then this is how you have made my life better. W what catherine and i did is we lazer etched the name of the person who gave us each of the gifts on the gift so that we have to think about them every time we use it. I've heard they remember human faces. Its next question comes from tanya who writes, dear john and hank, my university is overwhelmed with giant crows throughout the year,.
