The Evolution of Neurodiversity

I was diagnosed with ADD and I've never thought of myself as neurodivergent before. But there is a huge section of people because it's an evolutionary difference. So if you really kind of examine the way that you view the world, the lens thatyou view the world with, you kind of see those come up. It's not a hard and fast rule like anything. But we're severely under diagnosed. We don't fit DSM-5 which hasn't been updated since 2013.
