I'm Not a Programmer, but a Project Manager

Programme managers are the ones who need to be able to look around those corners and look towards the future. I think it's being that person who has that vision and is able to further that vision inarticulated. And i think anatural step that comes out from that is the priorization process. Nobody likes to make decisions, and nobody is good at making decisions. So i do think it's creating the conditions for people to make those decisions. Sometimes that's by showing the tredos of one path versus another path a,. Then holding folks a cannibal to made those decisions and to stick with them.
