How to Avoid Bright Light Exposure

At night you need to make sure to not see any bright light especially a couple of hours before your bedtime at least nine 90 minutes start dimming all the lights use light meter apps that you can download for free for your phone. If it's more there are chances that you do not produce melatonin which is very important to induce sleep and important for your sleep week cycle right so no bright light at night where I got a lot of feedback from taking on this 5-day cancel brain fog challenge.
