Are You Really Committed to Democracy?
LZ Granderson: Even by that hollowed out definition of democracy, Republicans are clearly not committed to even that. He says they don't want authoritarian rule and do not accept the transfer of powers as legitimate. LZ: If you have a party or a faction that wants to disenfranchise people with your woke radical agenda, that is bad. It literally just means no, we're taking seriously what democracy means as popular sovereignty.
