Psychometrics are means by which asking a bunch of questions and so on, helps to measure how somebody thinks about things. I think i know a lot about psychometrics because of my experiences in the pursuit of it as an important interest to me. And i think other people who run organizations or really have to deal with relationships should look in o what psychometrics can do to help them.

When Ray Dalio was 23, President Nixon announced that the United States would no longer be adhering to the gold standard for American currency. Clerking on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, Dalio expected to see chaos—but instead stocks soared.
