You Can't Be Best Buds With Your Engineers Anymore

i think there's so much content out there about working with your engineers and figuring how to be a team. And you spent all this time trying to build those connections, and then you get more senior, and al of a sudden you're not the person,. You have to be outside the team and influencing them to do the thing that the business needs to do. Ime does change my relation people around me, butit doesn't mean i'm better than anybody.
