How to Overcome Grief When You Lose Someone

People who are least able to deal with the death of a loved one are not the ones who were closest to that person in like a meaningful sense. This is often a self-narrative reason. If on reflection, you were not those things to that person, you have now permanently lost the ability to correct that. And I think had I not worked to give my mom access to her grandkids, to treat her well, even when she could sometimes be a difficult person, as all parents can, to some extent. That lowers a lot of potential grief. But this requires sort of constant checks into the type of person you actually want to be and are you that person in your interactions
