Why Can't Women Have the Right to Vote?

The emphasis on using passages in the New Testament that seem to suggest the submission of women in male headship. This also correlates with Junia, who's identified as an apostle. And this does seem to correspond in biblical translations with around the suffrage movement. So I would say the Bible used by most evangelicals does promote it because most evangelicals are using English Bible translations.
