Job Crafting

Job crafting can involve delegating, or even dropping some of the task ad that may be defined as part of the job. Even in jobs where this kind of crafting is explicitly forbidden, you still see people engaging in it. And i think it usually works like this, you recognize what it is that the organization expects you to accomplish and you see where do you have the degrees of freedom that you might take advantage of?
