The Role of Algorithmic Management in the Platform Economy
Amazon is a perfect case to the understanding, not just the platform economy actually, but loads of things about contemporary work and contemporary society. We see that algorithmic management is absolutely central to the labor process. And I would say that through platforms, we could really see how they're defining producing, but also reproducing trends. But at the same time, you know, there's also a conversation to be had about the labor movement.
