Chain Reaction - I'm Still Trying Different Mixing Techniques

I'm still experimenting a lot with regards to mic position and mic choice. When I hear my Foley mixed in Hollywood I always feel like the footsteps are a little louder than I want them to be. There've been a few movies where they've been mixed down enough so that I've been happy but for the most part I've always felt like they're louder than I Want Them To Be. He was surprised chain reaction didn't do better at the box office because it had a lot of different challenges sound wise.
