Is There a 10 X Engineer in the Industry?

Sometimes you have people which are close to their 10 X engineer, not because they write code so well, but because they enable other people to go on fast. And that is really where I said in the beginning, it depends. Like in some environments and some context, I don't know if you work in like, aerospace engineering and like you have right software for another probe. If you're making a big team where you have a lot of early career engineering to mentor those, and all of the different skills are potentially important. You can positively influence the entire culture. It could have a huge difference.
