Mao's Dialectical Assessment of the Left

On contradiction by Mao represents for me not only a seminal work of communist philosophy, but also an essential text for organizers today. We can't choose not to struggle with each other for the sake of unity. Struggle is the only way that true unity can be achieved in the long term. The systematic and methodical way of thinking that Mao argues for and puts on display in this work is indispensable for any revolutionary movement that seeks to actually be successful.
