How to Hack Communication

In the connection course, we teach a mindset. And then from the mindset, the communication happens. We teach something called view vulnerability, impartiality, empathy and wonder as a mind state. Most communication that we have is not full of wonder, right? It's, it's, I know and I'm going to tell, right? So if you're treating yourself with vulnerability and empathy and wonder - there's no wonder about that at all. You should get in shape or be incredibly different than those two things might be. Oh my God. What are some ways that we can hack communication? Like, how can we become better at this?"
