Or actually, i think a better way to put t is, if we are privileged and powerful, covering is invisible to us. If you 're on the less privileged or powerful side of the equation, then you feel it on the bone how much youre has to cover. And so employees, whether rightly or wrongly, making all these decisions about what they're supposed to do at work. That's where covering comes in and which employers are responsible for.
