Jane, Anna and Grant Beaumont were last seen in Dendenong on February 26, 1973. Their parents Jim and Nancy received three letters claiming to be from their captor - but no sign of the girls or man. Seven years later a similar case made headlines when Joanne Ratcliffe was abducted at Adelaide Oval during a football match with her friend Kirsty Gordon.
