The Importance of Women in Politics

The biblical authors did not forbid women from performing political duties, but they did assume the responsibility to lead in the home, church, and government belonged to men. When women fulfilled political roles, it was either out of necessity or a sign of judgment. Jesus chose 12 men to be apostles. God limited the office and function of pastor to men.
