Meal Plans for the Pandemic

I will choose all the recipes for a given week and then you know make my shopping list accordingly especially during the pandemic I love to limit our shopping to once a week. We spend less when we don't go as often to the grocery store so that helps keep the budget in check as well although nobody should look to me at how to improve your grocery budget because we're fairly terrible but anyway usually I will use a combination of go-to recipes that I know my kids like some of my favorite cookbooks are the dinner illustrated cookbook from America's Test Kitchen.
