The Importance of Loving One Another
Most churches, 100 or less, can barely afford to have one paid pastor. So that pastor so often is doing everything. Jim and I both sit here as two people who at one time had to do that in our ministries. There is a way to get out of that. It's not growing three times a size. You can afford to hire staff. But the reality is many revitalization contexts, especially pastors are the only ones doing things.
