In the UK people are very quiet, they keep their annoyances to themselves. It's a bit different in London, I think in London people are less patient and more outspoken. But yeah, for example, if someone is playing loud music on the train, everyone is annoyed. We don't want to impose on other people. Obviously, those annoying teenagers are imposing on everyone with their loud music but we don't wantto add more confrontation to the situation.
