What's the Difference Between Planners and Planners?

Psychologist Dr. Mary Lamia identified two ways that people respond to their emotions, to their anxiety in her book What Motivates Getting Things Done? The first is the planning task-oriented person who they love lists and crossing things off of lists. But there's a second type which are called procrastinators. They're not tasking up to the deadline. And so the deadline comes and they have a more intense burst of anxiety the night before or two nights before, and boom, it's done.
