Building Trust in a Tough Environment Like the GFC?
The trust that's built up over that time get put to use following a crisis like the GFC. Many clients came through the GFC deciding rather than sprinkle their investments around with a lot of managers. And we've definitely been a beneficiary of that. I think that trust has also allowed us, like I said, to expand into different types of real estate. So much of our focus today is on growing and expanding our core plus business.
