Many of us are burnout. You train people how to treat you by your actions, and that is a direct result of your lack of boundaries. Go hit the gym. Get on your bike or some kind of exercise. Test your no say no to at least one thing. That could be somebody asking you to volunteer or somebody piling extra work on you at your job. And again, there's so much more. But all right.
