The majority of the money from the Tour de France is made from broadcasting rights. That's about 55%. Secondly, is advertising and sponsorship revenue, which is about 40%. And then the remaining 5% will call it comes from city hosting fees. They operate according to the hustle at 21% profit margins, which could mean anywhere between 12 million to 30 million dollars in profit.
