How to Evaluate Interviewees

Growth doesn't necessarily mean assuming the responsibilities of whatever title is above you, right? It could just mean being a better version of you in learning new techniques and new skills. Constantly evaluate yourself. Am I doing a better job? Am I getting better at communication? Am Igetting better at managing my time? Whatever. You know, interviewing is probably one of the hardest things to do because unfortunately you're putting somebody on the spot.
